Hello crafters! 👋 I’m sharing these super cute alphabet blocks and teddy bear cut out I made for a baby shower backdrop. The boxes are 14x14x14 and gift wrapped to spell out BABY. I made a 25 inch poster cut out to hang in a dessert table backdrop.
I cut out the black outline with my #Cricut and adhered it onto a white poster board and cut all around the image. The blue pieces fit right into place like a puzzle piece.
Thank you, everyone, for taking a look at this cute teddy bear set. Have an awesome day! ❤
I made this display before, but I used a simple round petal. This new petal is pointy and has a center fold. I love it! It really adds something. I also changed the leaves on this one. Included are 3 smaller flowers that are used on the table that this backdrop was used in by another local vendor. So pretty!
I love that these kind of paper flower display can end up on a wall. Us creatives can turn anything into wall décor lol 😜 Thanks for visiting. Definitely come back next week!
Happy Friday, folks! Thanks for stopping in for a visit. I’m sharing an adorbs pink and gold paper flower display I did for a sweet 1st birthday. I don’t know if it’s the sun or the cool breeze that made me absolutely love this set!
I was very nervous about setting this outdoors and the wind blowing it down. I set one 60lb bag on each leg to keep it from blowing over. Thankfully that sucker didn’t move!
My dearest friends! I haven’t abandoned you 😩 I’ve been caught up in the logistics and techy stuff in switching to my new name. Thank you everyone for being so patient while I get that all straightened out. Thankfully everything is all set 🙏
To get us back on track I wanted to share this gorgeous paper flower corner set. I love the colors and the gold cross in the middle. This was used by another vendor as a baptism dessert table backdrop. LOVE!
Thanks again! I have a ton more to share with you. Please like and share!
My sweetest friends! I have amazing news. Since 2013 I’ve blogged as “My Creative State of Mind”. I was never fully vested into that name, but it served me very well. Here I am in 2018 announcing my rebrand launch and debuting my new logo as:
The original logo was hand drawn by a local artist friend ❤
The name comes from my husband. Since our early dating stage he’s referred to my actual chin as a “moon chin”. It’s got a Jay Leno thing going on … Yes, we’re still married LOL 😆 it’s become a term of endearment. So when I was brainstorming for a brand name I needed something that resonated with me and my personality.
Thank you everyone that has stuck it with me. I’m excited to post my same crafty projects, just under an updated brand name. All of my social media links have been updated.
If you follow my FB page then you’ve already seen this gorgeous set of paper flowers that stood in the center of a baptism reception. Please visit and LIKE my page to receive project updates!
This set was done in the same fashion as my previous displays. However, I started cutting the displays in half which makes for easier transport and set up. They come together on the stand and look seamless 👍
This display includes the spray painted roses that I shared earlier this week. Please watch the video in this post to see how I went about that.
Thank you for visiting my crafty page! I appreciate all of you 😍
